JAIME: 'I expected it to be quite difficult to design a board better than my 2004 model. At some times I thought it would be impossible... But today I am happy with my new model riding faster and smoother in combination with a better pop. Further more the new construction makes the landings softer and offers a better boardcontrol at maximum speed.' The demands to Jaime's new board were clear. For his power style, he wanted a faster board that can be easily controlled. The merger of these contrasts has only been achieved by North Kiteboarding's innovation absorption flex tips. The Jaime has a flatter scoop rocker line which bends in the tips at high pressure, thus providing excellent board control qualities. Thus, the kite planes very fast and does not loose edge grip even at high speed, kicking the kiter with an extreme pop into new maneuvers. In addition to this, the flexible board ends absorb shocks with rough landings. The two stance options provide for the same conditions for both bigger and smaller kiters.
